.....a quick note from Lidiaana....
My focus is not to turn you into
a professional dancer, my focus is to upgrade your self-esteem and to help you embrace yourself.
I believe that you deserve to feel good about yourself, as self-love is the key to Happiness.
You deserve to slay everyday and everywhere …..
But it all starts from within, to be more specific - from your mind.
When your mindset changes, you change, and I would love to help you do that, through dance.
Recently, I made it to my profession to work with Queens like YOU and recharge them with positive energy and elevate their self-worth.
I have been working in the Creative Industries for over 20 years. At first, I was in musicals, then started focussing on dance, and then pursued a career as a successful singer. I have invested over £100k over my lifetime in studying, dance training, and education, and it paid off.
I have performed all over the world, competed in international dance competitions, and won a global award for best song of the year.
I believe that all these skills combined with my very straightforward motivational attitude, have made me to the perfect teacher to upgrade your sexiness levels. I have also been blessed with an extra portion of happiness, hence why I started my Happy Monday videos, which I have created to spread happiness and to entertain you.
So why did I call this class Shégitu? Well, Shégitu is actually my Eritrean nickname. I needed to find a name that describes this dance class best, so I had to come up with a new name... because it's completely different to any dance and fitness class you might have taken before. This one is all about you and the sisterhood.
My Shégitu GROUP CLASSES focus on empowerment, international sensual dance styles which we will discover every week, sexy choreographies, mental strength through motivational words, and to unshell your sex appeal and to make you feel comfortable outside of your comfort zone.
My ARTIST PERFORMANCE CLASSES focus more on YOU as an Artist, this could be anything from being a model, dancer, actor or even singer. I have experience in all of these areas and have worked in all areas internationally. Your areas of improvement could be posture, confidence, eye contact, facial expression or similar.
I want you to be a more fabulous version of yourself and I want your new gained self-love to take you to a new higher you.
I want to help you to change the way you view yourself, by eliminating negative thoughts and helping you feel confident in your own skin.
You can always drop me an email and ask me if there is anything specific that you need to work on.
And if you want to know more about me, .....
.....Well, I grew up in Stuttgart, Germany, but my heritage is from Eritrea. From when I was little I was planning to be a performer and taddddaaa I planned right. I turned Vegan recently and I am loving it. I have been a naturalista for over 3 years and I am feeling fabulous with my afro. I moved to London by myself in 2006, that was super scary, but my passion to achieve my goals was bigger than my fear. I studied Performing Arts, Music Technology and Commercial music and graduated in 2013 - First Class Honours YASSSSS.
Outside of Shégitu and my Confidence coaching, I am hosting an eritrean TV show on LYE TV and I sing
I also own a children’s Charity in Eritrea ‘The Lidiaana Foundation ' that I visit every year. My goal is to build an After school club there one day. It makes me so happy to spend time with them and to enjoy my home country. I love travelling, in fact 30% of the year I am somewhere around the world, learning new languages and cultures and picking up their music and dance styles.
